The demo version 2.0.0-rc1 is installed on the application with latest options and features for Jitsi block and Embed Video field. You may access 2 content pages that demonstrated the embed field, one with a timestamp feature that launches video on a future date and one with active video field.

Further information can be found on the Drupal help page, particularly all possible settings to customize the signal server or the script server according to your hosting.
