Quick tips to improve your workflow.
1) New module : chatroom
This new module is available for Saas subscribers and works with the project module. With chatrooms you can have direct chat with project participants. Each project has its own chatroom where you can exchange information:
- - chat is visible to all project participants (you can also interact with clients and partners connected with extranet module);
- - you can directly mention project files and documents in the chat;
- - expand long text for reading;
- - you can export the full conversation in pdf.

2) Clone an address book entry and copy name card
You can quickly add new address book entry by cloning existing data for instance when you have a supplier type and you want to create a client type. Once cloned, you can copy existing name cards into the new book entry.
