Referral program : invite friends to register to EK Software as a service (EK Saas) and get cash back or discount reward.

By using the referral program you agree to the following rules:

1. The referral rewards are calculated on the value of the actual 1 year paid subscription by the new account introduced by you and for the first year subscription only;
2. The referral reward is based on up to 10% of the yearly subscription value;
3. For the reward to be valid, the new account must sign-in with the introduced email account (by you) AND with the promotion / referral code generated by the introduction form;
4. You may invite as many new accounts as you wish but each invitation must have a unique promotion / referral code to be valid. In the event the same account is introduced multiple time, only the first registration to EK Saas will be considered for reward;
5. You are not allowed to self-invite. If invitation is proven to be self-invitation, reward will not be granted and account will be canceled;
6. We, ARREA, reserve the right to, in our sole discretion, to approve or reject a referral program application at any time, reject a new introduced subscriber or cancel new account that not comply with our terms and conditions or for any reason without obligation to disclose such reason;
7. We reserve the right to change the terms of the referral program at any time due to changing market conditions, risk of fraud, or any other factors we deem relevant.
