1) Simple way to share documents with external users

With extranet module, you can share easily single files to external users. Recipients will get notified with email and will get a code to download the file.

The link can only be used once and is valid for a certain time only. However, the link validity can be extended in the administration page.

2) Move user personal documents to another account

When deleting a user in the application, you may have personal documents attached to this user. In the delete process, you can choose another live account where the documents will be copied in order to save them.
