New feature to design Pdf documents

We recently introduce a new feature to help you adjust and design basic structure of pdf documents. This tool is available for Sales documents like invoice, purchase or quotation and logistics documents like for instance delivery order.

You can access the tool from settings:

If you do not have access to settings, check your permission settings (check access management manual for more info).

There are different templates types you can edit. The default system templates and, if you have, custom design templates:

Currently there are multiple parameters that you can change:

• document style, i.e. portrait or landscape

• logo and text position, color and font size in header, feature, body and footer areas;

With available default templates, you can already do a lot of adjustments to meet you style and requirements.
